"Technical Issues Preventing Activation and Agreement Acceptance: Impact on Proposal"#39

Hello, you cannot activate the “I accept the above terms” box and it does not allow you to sign in the “Sign here to accept agreement” box either.
The Proposal does not prosper neither for the client nor for me.
