Where is the rest of the proposal#42

It took me i while to figure out where the rest the proposal was. I had to scroll down in a small window to see the rest of the proposal. I think this is a poor UI & UX design. The proposal should be full screen on the agreement page when looking from the backend. Not sure if it’s like this for the end user. I am still trying to send myself an email….
